Lazy Girl’s Snickers Ice Cream Cake

- 10.75 ounces frozen pound cake 304 grams (1 package)
- 25 ounces Chocolate Ice Cream 709 grams, softened (about ⅘ quart / 1½ pints)
- ¼ cup caramel sauce 80 grams
- 1 cup salted peanuts 142 grams, divided
- 25 ounces Vanilla Ice Cream 709 grams, softened (about ⅘ quart / 1½ pints)
- ¼ cup hot fudge 80 grams
Cut the pound cake lengthwise horizontally into three layers. You won't use the top, so set it aside to top with strawberries and whipped cream for a treat later.
10.75 ounces frozen pound cake
Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap.
Start by placing one of the pound cake pieces in the bottom of a loaf pan. Top completely with the chocolate ice cream. Use a spatula to smooth out and spread the slightly softened ice cream.
25 ounces Chocolate Ice Cream
Pour the caramel over the ice cream, leaving a bit of a rim so the caramel doesn't go all the way to the sides.
¼ cup caramel sauce
Top the caramel with half of the peanuts.
1 cup salted peanuts
Place the remaining piece of pound cake over the caramel and peanuts (it won't reach all the way to the sides of the ice cream).
Top the pound cake with the vanilla ice cream, again smoothing out to form a level layer.
25 ounces Vanilla Ice Cream
Top with hot fudge and more peanuts.
¼ cup hot fudge
Place in the freezer for a minimum of 8 hours before serving.

- Use your favorite brand of ice cream. I used Blue Bunny Vanilla Bean and Chocolate.
