- 4 flour tortillas cut into wedges
- olive oil spray
- Garlic Salt
- Shredded Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 425F. Spray a large baking sheet with nonstick spray.
Add the flour tortillas in a single layer to the baking sheet. Spray liberally with nonstick spray.
Sprinkle liberally with parmesan cheese and then a dash of garlic salt per chip.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the chips are crispy. Broil for another 2-3 minutes to make them extra crispy (optional)
