This super easy Slow Cooker Queso Fundido recipe comes together quickly with just 4 ingredients and a crockpot. Serve it at your next celebration!

chorizo

shredded pepper jack cheese

salsa
restaurant-style (click for recipe)

chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
In a medium skillet, cook the chorizo over medium-high heat. Crumble as you cook.
12 ounces chorizo
Drain the chorizo fully and set aside.
Combine the cheese, chorizo, salsa, and cilantro in slow cooker. Cook on high for 1-2 hours (or low for 3-4 hours), stirring every 30 minutes.
16 ounces shredded pepper jack cheese,
½ cup salsa,
½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
If desired, pour into oven safe bowl and broil for 4-5 minutes before serving to melt the top layer of cheese (optional)
Serve with toasted bread or chips.
