Baked Tomatoes with Cheese

Ingredients

Roma tomatoes
sliced

cup
freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
1
cup
freshly shredded mozzarella cheese
½
cup
chopped fresh basil
1
tablespoon
olive oil
for drizzling
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the tomato slices on the prepared baking sheet.
4 large Roma tomatoes
Top each tomato with a layer of Parmesan and then a layer of mozzarella.
1 cup freshly shredded mozzarella cheese,
1 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
Sprinkle the chopped basil on top of each tomato.
½ cup chopped fresh basil
Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
1 tablespoon olive oil
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Set the oven to broil and broil for 2-3 minutes to brown the cheese.
