Strawberry Tiramisu with Blueberries & Raspberries

This strawberry tiramisu with blueberries and raspberries is so fruity, so colorful, and so delicious! It’s the perfect berry dessert for summertime or holidays.

My new favorite dessert on the planet is Triple Berry Tiramisu! It’s inspired by classic tiramisu, but with a totally new fruity flavor.

This blueberry, raspberry, and strawberry tiramisu is filled with berries, whipped cream, lady fingers, and mascarpone cheese. I even added in a bit of raspberry liqueur in there for an extra kick, and it makes all the difference. This triple berry dessert is so much fun and so easy to make!

This recipe is perfect for Valentine’s Day desserts, your 4th of July menu, or just a special treat for any day. I love how fresh and fruity it is while still being sweet and indulgent. Yum!

Berry Desserts

This triple berry dessert is made with blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries, plus some strawberry jam or jelly…and I even added in a bit of raspberry liqueur (Chambord) for good measure. That’s A LOT of berries, and they all create the perfect flavor.

This strawberry tiramisu with blueberries and raspberries is so much fun to make, and even more fun to eat. It’s so creamy and sweet, and totally addicting!

Berry Tiramisu Ingredients List

Ingredient Notes: I prefer fresh berries for this recipe, but you can use either fresh or frozen berries. And make sure you get the soft lady fingers (I found them in the freezer aisle), not the crunchy cookie ones. You can buy mascarpone cheese at the store, or make your own with my Homemade Mascarpone Cheese Recipe!

How to Make Strawberry Tiramisu (Step by Step)

You can jump to the recipe card for full ingredients & instructions!

Layered with whipped cream, mascarpone, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and every great thing in between, this dessert was straight up made in heaven. I cannot get enough! It’s so easy to make to since there’s no baking involved!

  1. Fill the bottom of a 9×9 baking dish with the lady fingers (I made 10 on the bottom).
  2. Beat the heavy cream for 3-4 minutes, until soft peaks form.
  3. Then beat in the mascarpone cheese, 1/2 cup of sugar, vanilla, and 2 tablespoons of Chambord. Combine fully and then set mixture aside.
  4. In a separate bowl, stir together the strawberry jam/jelly and the rest of the Chambord.
  5. In a third bowl, combine all of the berries with 1/2 cup of sugar. The fruit should be fully covered in sugar and begin to macerate.
  6. Now to assemble the tiramisu: place a layer of half of the cream mixture on top of the lady fingers, then half of the jam mixture, and half of the berries. Then place another layer of lady fingers, cream, jam, and finally top with the rest of the berries.
  7. Cover the strawberry tiramisu and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Serve this delicious triple berry tiramisu cold. It’s super sweet and creamy. Tastes just as good on hot summer day as it does on a cozy winter evening.

Enjoy this beautiful Blueberry, Raspberry, Strawberry Tiramisu on any holiday. It’s perfect for Valentine’s Day and 4th of July, but would be just as good on Easter or Christmas!

Ingredients

  • 20 soft ladyfingers 165 grams (1 package)
  • cups heavy cream 341 grams
  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese 454 grams
  • 1 cup granulated sugar 200 grams, divided
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 4 grams
  • 5 tablespoons Chambord raspberry liqueur 71 grams, divided
  • cup strawberry jam or jelly 227 grams
  • cups sliced fresh strawberries 251 grams
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries 120 grams
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries 85 grams

Instructions

  • Spray a 9×9-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  • Place half of the lady fingers on the bottom of the pan, side by side. I used 10 on the bottom, 2 rows of 5.
    20 soft ladyfingers
  • In a large bowl, using a hand mixer, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form, about 3-4 minutes.
    1½ cups heavy cream
  • Beat in the mascarpone, ½ cup sugar, vanilla, and 2 tablespoons Chambord. Mix until fully combined and smooth. Set aside.
8 ounces mascarpone cheese, 1 cup granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, 5 tablespoons Chambord raspberry liqueur
  • In a separate small bowl, stir together the jam/jelly and the remaining 3 tablespoons Chambord. Set aside.
⅔ cup strawberry jam or jelly
  • In yet another bowl, mix together all of the fruit with ½ cup sugar. Stir to coat all the fruit; macerating the fruit and allowing some juices to form. Set aside.
1½ cups sliced fresh strawberries, 1 cup fresh raspberries, ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • Start by smoothing half of the cream mixture over the ladyfingers. Use a spatula to smooth out the layer. Top with half of the jam mixture and use a fork to incorporate the jam into the cream. Top with half of the fruit.
  • Repeat the layers, starting with ladyfingers, cream, jam, then fruit.
  • Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours.
  • Serve cold.

This recipe looks AMAZING!!! I am wondering though – if one didn’t add the Chambord – what would you use in it’s place? Thanks so much for sharing!

I was wondering the same thing. I’m thinking about trying a fruit flavored syrup instead…smuckers has some really tasty ones.

I love Tiramisu and have made the traditional kind for years. Now I noticed that you’re soaking the Lady Fingers or dipping them in anything either. Are you use the “crisp” Italian ones or are they soft kind spongy kind? I’d really love to make this, but want to make sure I start out with the proper ingredients. It just looks lovely!

Ooops just proofread my comment. I meant to say that I noticed you “didn’t” soak or dip the cookies first lol! Thanks again!

Lol! No worries! I was pretty sure you used the soft ones because without being dipped in a liquid the crisp ones would never have reached the consistency that I can see in your beautiful pictures! I’m now on the hunt for soft Lady Fingers and will definitely be making this beautiful dessert. Thanks for taking the time and being so prompt in your reply! Blessings! ~Peggy5 stars

Anyone know a good way to soften up the hard ladyfingers for this recipe? I tried 3 stores and no one sells the soft ones? Dip in the liquor maybe?

I have been a tiramisu fan for many years and didn’t think I’d ever be swayed by a nontraditional version. But this one…THIS I have to try!

Hey Becky!! Have never made teramisu,AND I had to scroll up to check the spelling. I have, however, eaten a plain ladyfinger! Plain! In that form not yummy. The berries here in Arizona had better shape up before Valentine’s Day,cuz, being a tiramisu rookie, (that looks right, now),I shall have to follow your lead. This looks like the best recipe I have seen for this confection! Good job, you nonrookie tiramisu maker!!5 stars
