Spicy Cheesy Broccoli Recipe

Roasted veggies are my favorite when serving soups, pasta, and salads. This oven-baked spicy broccoli is my go-to recipe after a long day and goes perfectly with my skillet chicken. I use firecracker sauce to season it—it’s a combination of sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and red chili pepper flakes. Cheese adds a melty gooey layer on top to balance the heat!

How to Store and Reheat

Transfer leftovers to an airtight container and refrigerate for 3-4 days. Reheat in the microwave in 30 second intervals.

Firecracker broccoli freezes well. Once baking is done, let them cool at room temperature. Use a freezer-friendly bag and freeze for 1-2 months. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator and reheat in the microwave. Throw extra cheese on top for the freshness.

Oh goodness, this sounds & looks absolutely amazing! I happen to have some broccoli sitting at home, just waiting to be cooked. Looks like this will be on the menu very soon!
