Now that I know how to make a caramel frappuccino at home, I’ll never wait in the drive-thru again. You only need a few basic ingredients for this easy recipe! This creamy, dreamy blended coffee is the ultimate way to wake up and stay awake.

What’s in This Caramel Frappuccino Recipe?

  • Black Coffee: I like to use really strong plain black coffee for a rich flavor (and lots of caffeine!). I find it tastes best when chilled, but it’s not strictly necessary.
  • Sugar-Free Caramel Creamer: This helps cut calories and fat without sacrificing flavor.
  • Almond Milk: Also cuts calories but keeps this drink creamy. Skim milk works well for those who prefer dairy or have nut allergies.
  • Ice: Helps create that signature frappuccino texture. I use 3 cups of ice for this blended coffee drink.

Tips for Success

  • For a super indulgent drink that’s still low sugar and low calorie, I like to drizzle some sugar-free caramel sauce in the cup and on top!
  • Fat-free whipped cream or frozen whipped topping makes this drink feel like it came straight from Starbucks.
  • Feel free to use full-fat and full-sugar ingredients, if you desire.
  • Feel free to add a splash of your favorite liqueur for an adults-only drink!

How to Store

This caramel frappuccino recipe is going to be best right after making it (it will get watery when stored), but don’t let leftovers go to waste. Store in a cup with a lid, airtight container, or sealed jar, and keep it in the fridge for a day. It will be fully liquid by then (any ice will be melted), so I recommend blending it up with more ice to get that texture back. I don’t recommend freezing it.

  • 12 ounces strong black coffee 340 grams, chilled if possible (but optional if you're in a hurry!)
  • ½ cup caramel creamer 114 grams
  • ½ cup milk of your choice 114 grams (or skim milk)
  • 3 cups ice more or less depending on how frozen you want your frappe

How many calories and fat are these? Cause I know starbucks does a light version now that’s 100 Cal for a tall size but this could be cheaper Lol
