Spicy foods are my weakness. I love them so much that I even make spicy drinks to go along with them. This spicy mango margarita recipe is the perfect drink to wash down any meal. Frozen mango makes it so creamy and dreamy, and the chili lime salt rim really enhances the spicy flavor. It’s truly one of my favorite summer drinks.

If it’s Mexican night, you know I’m making margaritas, and these spicy mango margaritas are my latest obsession. They’re super easy to make with frozen mango and limeade concentrate, and they come together in seconds in the blender. The spiciness goes so well with the tart and sweet mango– these margaritas really get the party started!
What’s in This Spicy Mango Margarita Recipe?
- Frozen Mango: Makes these margaritas creamy and fruity.
- Frozen Limeade Concentrate: Adds classic lime flavor without diluting the drinks.
- Tequila: Use a good-quality blanco or silver tequila for the smoothest flavor.
- Hot Sauce: Adds a touch of spice!
Tips for Success
- Use frozen mango to get a thick texture. You can use fresh but it’s more work to prep them and they will have a runnier consistency.
- Adjust the amount of added hot sauce in these chili mango margaritas to suit your tastes.
- Just skip the tequila for a delicious and refreshing mocktail.
How to Store
You can make frozen margaritas an hour or two ahead of time and keep in the fridge. But if you leave them for too long though, they will start to get thinner as the ice melts. You can freeze them and then just re-blend them to break it down when you are ready to serve.
