I used baby portobello mushrooms, but you can use any fresh mushrooms you like, such as white button mushrooms, brown mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, or cremini mushrooms.

Air Fryer Mushrooms Recipe
Equipment

Ingredients
- 16 ounces baby portobello mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Wash and dry the mushrooms. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F.16 ounces baby portobello mushrooms
- Chop the mushrooms in half.
- Transfer to a medium bowl and add remaining ingredients. Toss until well combined.1 tablespoon olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, ½ teaspoon kosher salt, ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- Transfer to the air fryer basket. Cook for 9-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Remove from basket and transfer to a serving dish.

- Quickly rinse the mushrooms. Avoid soaking them in water.
- Do not crowd the mushrooms in the air fryer, or else they won’t get crispy. Fry in 2 batches if necessary.

Loved these mushrooms on the pizza. It’s just the two of us, so I didn’t make pizza dough from scratch, but used a frozen cheese pizza for the base. (Don’t judge, your lifestyle may change sometime!). I used really fresh, good baby Bella mushrooms and sliced them rather than cutting in half. I added Italian seasoning in addition to the other seasoning in the recipe. I did cook in two
batches and added mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Haven’t tried these yet as a side or with steaks, but believe they will be great.
