- 4 slices bacon
- ⅓ cup ranch dressing store-bought or homemade
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise store-bought or homemade
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 green onions sliced
- 1 rib celery diced
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Ciabatta rolls optional, for sandwiches
- Romaine lettuce leaves optional, for sandwiches
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium-high heat until crisp. Let cool slightly.4 slices bacon

Great easy recipe. I added 4 stalks of celery, one wasn’t enough crunch. I half a half an onion so I threw that in too. My partner loved it. Honestly, you had had at bacon!
